Application area
- For drilling thin-walled workpieces made of sheet steel <= 850 N/mm2, brass sheeting, aluminium sheeting, zinc sheeting, copper sheeting and plastic panels
- The 44 mm long spot weld cutter with 8 mm diameter uniform shank and special clamping surface was developed for use in all conventional pneumatic machines (e.g. Wieländer+Schill Vario Drill, Spitznagel, Spotle Vision etc.). A separate spot weld cutter (WÜRTH art. no. 0710 141 080) is required only for the TH-902 Spotle units and their predecessor model T-575.
Instructions
- Ensure a constant rotation speed of up to max. 850 rpm is maintained
- Use coolants and lubricants if possible
